Applicants for investment in the field of hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, recreational and tourist centers after acquiring a license from Investment Services Department will be directed to the Land and Housing Management Department to either purchase or lease a piece of land for project development.

Public Services Applicants for investment in the field of public services, such as repair shop, car wash, supermarket, bakery, medical services, transportation services, after acquiring a license from Investment Services Department, will be assisted in purchase of land and construction of required buildings.
