Preparing Name registered tickets
Cheapest & easiest way
- You can get the ordinary priced tickets by
presenting the passengers' names list
to the nearest on-line ticket selling center.
* Ticket are not available on the network
- Incase, tickets are not available in the on-line ticket selling centers, you can request officially to Raja trains Co.
- In case of exceptional wagon adding, requested tickets would be issued to the name of
passengers in ordinary price.
- In case of putting extra train in order, tickets would be issued to the name of passengers with 50% surcharge to the ordinary
price.
- All the name registered tickets must conform to the valid ID cards which are
checked at the origin station.
* Travel tours
- Before specifying the group members, companies,
institutes & travel agencies can request for group ticket reservation thru an official request.
- In case of place availability in routine trains, the ticket would be issued
to the name of the tour organizer & with 50% surcharge to the ordinary
price.
- In case of putting extra train in order, tickets would be issued to the name of tour
organizer with 100% surcharge to the ordinary
price.
- Groups who request for Group travel in low seasons, would be in priority, in average seasons.
- The place would be kept for the groups who
request when their is more than one month to
the departure time.
* Restoration
- Restoration of without name tickets is possible only by the organizer whose name is
mentioned in the authorization with the presentation of valid ID.
- Name registered tickets could only by restored by the presentation of passengers valid ID.

Other important notes
- Group ticket requests must be in official papers with name,
signature, number, date, telephone, address & introduction of tour responsible manager.
- Group tickets would not be issued in high seasons like Norouz.
- Group tickets would not be issued for the whole
family. The name of every family member must be registered on the tickets.
- Group responsible manager must carry a copy of issued
authorization from the origin to the destination to
be shown when requested.
- Name registered tickets must be carried by the passenger
& group tickets must be carried by the group responsible manager.
- If the group want to be served in train, the group
responsible manager must coordinate with the restaurant

- If the passengers were not ready one hour before departure, the tickets would have
been sold to the waiting list passengers.
