* Train journey facilities
Special facilities:
- In case of express train late arrival (not because of natural
phenomenon), the passengers would be served
once & 50% of the price would be restored.
- In case of late arrival more than one hour passengers can restore
their ticket price without any fine.
- Passengers who couldn't travel with their next train because of express train more than
3 hours late arrival, can restore the next
train fare. If the passengers have to stay
for the night, the
expenses would be paid by the company.
- If a passenger could not take his next transportation facility (Bus, Plane,
Ship) in case of express train late arrival,
he could get the loss of the ticket restoration
by representing the necessary documents in that day or the next,.
* Other notes
- The passenger who couldn't catch his train, in case of vacancy
availably, can travel free with the next train within one hour.
- If the air conditioning system goes out of order or
in case of compulsory saloon changing, 50% of the fare would be restored.
- The special facility loss could be restored, during one month after the train departure, with representing the retired ticket.
- The Duplicate ticket can be issued in all ticket selling centers under the company
rules.
- For the welfare of sisters & brothers & families who travels by themselves, ticket
for especial comportments can be issued.
