ISSUANCE OF INVESTMENT LICENSE
The Investment Services Department issues investment licenses for each of the economic activities, based on industrial, service and commercial activities.

Industrial license
The set of measures in the field of production, assembly and packing of goods, require Industrial license. |
Commercial license
This type of license will permit the import and export of goods, distribution of goods and
re exportation. |
Service license
All services rendered to different economic groups, including tourism activities,
transportation, warehousing, and medical services require service license. |
Special License
This license is designed for any form of economic activity which will need special requirement.

Procedure for obtaining a license
The issuance of investment license and carrying out economic activity in the Free Area, shall be according to the following steps.

Payment of License Fee
Receiving the form for specifying name
of the company, completion and
confirmation.
Presenting the form specifying company
Name and the Original Bank Receipt.

| The economic activity license is renewable every year, until reaching the stage of utilization. Also, in case the investor requires to extend the economic activities to other areas, the investor shall submit an application regarding such development to the Investment Services Department, and take measures toward modification of the license.
