Passenger rights
Ticket:
For reliant & optimal planning & ensure welfare of
passengers, the ticket of intercity trains
can be bought in advance (maximum 30 days
before departure), from all the stations & online
ticket selling centers in same rate.
- Ticket are sold thru online ticket selling system, therefore if the ticket is not
available in one center, it isn't available in whole the
network & there is no need to go to another center.
- Name registered tickets would be issued by presenting the
passenger's birth certificate & only the
owner of the ticket has the right to use it.
- Half priced tickets are issued in all the ticket selling centers for Dear
JANBAZAN, SHAHID FAMILY & children under 12 years old by
presenting their ID cards & birth
certificates.
- Travel of children under 2 years old without
specified seat is free of charge.
In case of seat Demand, half priced ticket would be issued.
- Passengers must keep their tickets till the end of the trip.
- Do not accept the tickets on which your name is not registered or is altered & is not
clear.
- The fare could be totally paid back till one hour to the departure.
- The duplicate tickets could be issued under the raja train rules. (at least 45 min.
before departure).
- Using an empty bed or seat to hire whole a compartment, full
price must be paid in Norouzi & summer programs & half
price on the other programs.

Ticket restoration
conditions

The
price of Raja passenger trains' tickets can be restored in all the on-line ticket
selling centers, according to the rules below:
* 90% of the fare could be restored till 12 o'clock of the day before departure.
* 70% of the fare could be restored till 3 hours before departure.
* 50% of the fare could be restored from 3 hours to the departure time till the moment
of the departure.
* It is not possible to restore the fare after departure.
